Dean Pacetti is the owner of Aloha. Our newly sodded lawn at that time was not doing well. I asked for a consult with Dean. He came to my house and made suggestions for adding a topsoil that he was developing with UF and suggested nutrients and weed/bug killers to be managed on a monthly basis. He said to give me one year. We will have eyes on your grass every month and change nutrients as needed. We are now 24 months down the road and my grass has never looked this good. He and his crew are very knowledgeable and completely dependable. FIVE+.

He returned my telephone calls within a few hours, he was more than prompt in the termite inspection and preventative treatment, and if I could give him more than 5 stars, I would. On a whim I stopped to speak to a technician who introduced himself a s Dustin. Dustin had just finished servicing a neighbors property and took the time to listen to my concerns, and when I asked Dustin a question about my lawn which he was unable to answer, he wasn't afraid to say, "I don't know the answer to that, but I can find out". So he place a call to his office and got the answer that I needed. Dustin was very patient, polite, professional and a good listener. The next day I received a call back from Dean due to follow-up questions that I had. Dean actually came to my house THE SAME DAY to see my issue first hand and began the treatments to fix my ongoing problem. During our lengthly conversation it was very apparent that Dean is exceptionally knowledgeable about the business and industry and taught me a few item to help me as a homeowner take care of my lawn since I did relocate from a different part of the country in an entirely different climate. I do enjoy doing my own lawn care and landscaping but I was SO grateful that Dean agreed to help me with one problem which I couldn't resolve myself. I’ve had Aloha doing my pest control for 5 years now. They’ve always been very professional and if ever an issue arises (which is rare), they are very responsive. I had Tony before who was great and now Bobby takes care of my house. Both have been fantastic. And of course, rarely a bug near my house. It’s Florida, you can’t stop all bugs, but they stop most for sure. Highly recommend.
I am a customer of Aloha and the customer service and work is top notch! I bought my house in April and after one treatment my yard looks amazing. Justin is my Aloha technician he is very knowledgeable about Lawns and the different types of grass and weeds. You can tell that he’s been doing this a long time. Customer service is awesome and my lawn looks so good!
We recently switched to Aloha Lawn Service. Shortly after we realized that our Irrigation pump was not working properly. We contacted our irrigation company and they were more than 3 weeks out. Same with other companies. We contacted Dean at Aloha and asked if he could recommend someone. He immediately came over to help us determine if this was the well pump or electrical problem. Turns out it was the pump. Since we were unable to get anyone in for at least 3 weeks Dean helped us out by finding and installing a new pump. This saved our lawn as we have not had rain in some time and weren’t expecting any soon. He went far and above our expectations to help us. He is a wonderful person and a great business man. Highly recommend Aloha!
I have been using Aloha for routine lawn maintenance and pest control for two years and my yard always look great. They just completed a major landscape overhaul of the front flower beds and they look gorgeous! Friendly staff and reasonably priced.
